Nyemaster Goode is seeking a motivated associate attorney with 2 to 6 years of experience to join the firm’s active corporate and transactional practice. Candidates must be proactive, detail-oriented, and organized. Candidates should have prior law firm experience, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, contracting, and general corporate matters preferred. Candidates must possess a strong academic background and be eligible for waiver into Iowa or willing to sit for the next bar exam. Shareholder-level opportunities are available for qualified candidates.
