Litigation Associate Attorney with Employment Litigation focus (2–5 years’ experience)
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, excellent research and writing skills, litigation experience, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of employment law matters, including litigation, compliance, and advisory services. Candidates must possess a strong academic background and be eligible for waiver into Iowa or willing to sit for the next bar exam. Shareholder-level opportunities are available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Iowa Bar.
- 2-5 years of experience in employment litigation or a related legal field.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and case law.
- Excellent analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to advocacy in all phases of litigation and client counseling, including employment advising, defense of agency complaints, employment litigation, and drafting employment-related documents and agreements.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
