Transactional Attorney (Corporate, Finance, M&A, Real Estate and/or Estate Planning)
We are seeking one or more experienced transactional attorneys to join our Nyemaster corporate/M&A team. Candidates should have experience and a desire to work in one or more of the following areas: general corporate counseling, finance, M&A, real estate, and estate planning. The position is for our Cedar Rapids location, however, as a member of a collaborative firm, the candidate will also regularly work with attorneys in our Des Moines and Ames offices. Appropriate candidates also will have the drive, experience and skills to grow our Eastern Iowa transactional practice by identifying and connecting with prospective new clients. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and manage workload.
