Boyd Writes Article for American Health Law Association

Nyemaster attorney Bill Boyd, wrote an article on “Key Considerations for Lawyers’ Service on Boards of Health Care Organizations” which appears in the most recent edition of Health Law Connections, published by the American Health Law Association.

The article draws from Boyd’s perspective representing both health care and nonprofit organizations and looks at balancing the fiduciary duties of board membership with the ethical responsibilities of being a lawyer.
