Colleen MacRae Named ABA RPTE Fellow

November 5, 2018

Nyemaster Goode attorney Colleen MacRae was selected to serve a two-year term in the Fellows Program of the American Bar Association Real Property, Trust and Estate Law (RPTE) Section. MacRae is one of only 10 attorneys in the country selected in 2018.

The goal of the RPTE Fellows Program is to provide attorneys an opportunity to become involved in the substantive work of the RPTE Section, while developing into future leaders. During her two-year fellowship, MacRae will work with ABA committee chairs on a major project within the RPTE Section, serve as a Section liaison to the ABA Young Lawyers Division, and participate in Section leadership meetings.

In her Nyemaster practice, MacRae regularly represents developers, purchasers, and sellers in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. She assists landlords and tenants in lease transactions for office, retail, and industrial leasing and provides counseling to clients on issues relating to zoning, permitting, land use, economic development incentives, and environmental regulatory compliance.
