Courter, Harty Named BTI Client Service All-Stars

February 15, 2022

Nyemaster Goode attorneys Jeff Courter and Frank Harty were named to BTI Consulting Group’s exclusive list of 2022 Client Service All-Stars. Only 565 attorneys nationwide were recognized as Client Service All-Stars based on their exceptional service and response to clients. Just four attorneys from Iowa were named to the list.

BTI, a leading provider of client feedback research in the legal and professional services industries, compiled its 2022 Client Service All-Stars list based on unprompted feedback from more than 350 legal decision makers at organizations with revenues exceeding $700 million.

According to BTI, “This is the hardest – and most meaningful – ranking and recognition in the world. No one gets on this list unless a top legal decision maker recognizes them along with a good reason why. Attorneys only get on this list by outperforming everyone else.”

Courter’s practice is concentrated in the areas of creditor rights and bankruptcy. He routinely represents clients across Iowa and throughout the country in matters including foreclosures of mortgages and security interests, replevins, breaches of contract/lease, defending preference actions and prosecuting complaints objecting to discharge/dischargability of debt.

As reported to BTI by a client, “Jeff's composure gives us peace of mind on our litigation matters. He is always very calm and balanced."

Harty is a deeply experienced litigator who has tried nearly 100 cases to verdict. He regularly represents companies, nonprofits, and institutions of higher learning in day-to-day and complex labor and employment issues.

A client told BTI, “Frank is very methodical and detail-oriented so I know I can depend on him. I appreciate his practical approach to our litigation."
