A team of Nyemaster Goode attorneys represented Renewable Energy Group, Inc. in its successful completion of an acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Imperium Renewables, Inc.  Nyemaster Goode attorneys Rick Neumann, Jason Giles, Bob Andeweg, and Hallie Still-Caris, all shareholders in the firm’s Business, Finance & Real Estate Department, assisted with this purchase which included a 100 million gallon nameplate capacity biodiesel refining and deepwater port terminal for stock, cash, earn-out, and debt assumption.
