Our Offices are Open for Business!

After 15 LONG months of phone calls and Zoom meetings, we are excited to announce that effective June 21, 2021, our offices in Des Moines, Ames and Cedar Rapids are once again open to visitors and guests. Should your legal matters bring you to our offices, our attorneys and staff will be happy to welcome you!

To ensure the safety of our employees and guests, please keep the following in mind when visiting our offices:  

• Please wear a mask in the lobbies of our buildings and in elevators.
• We do not require vaccinated visitors to wear masks in our office space, but you are welcome to wear one if you prefer.  We recommend, but do not require, that non-vaccinated visitors wear masks.
• Attorneys and staff in our office who are vaccinated are not required to wear masks. However, if you prefer those who you are scheduled to interact with wear masks we will be happy to do so.
• We are committed to maintaining the enhanced hygiene and sanitizing protocols we adopted early in the pandemic.

While we might not have seen many of you in our offices since March 2020, we’ve valued your support during these trying times. Thank you for the trust you continue to place in us to help lead you through a rapidly changing legal and regulatory environment.
