Thrall Contributes Iowa Chapter to American Bar Association Book

Nyemaster Goode attorney Michael Thrall, a member of the firm’s Life and Disability Insurance and Health Care Litigation Practice Groups, is the contributing author of the Iowa Chapter in the American Bar Association’s recently published national survey entitled Misrepresentation in the Life, Health, and Disability Insurance Application Process: A National Survey (Third Edition 2022). 

The book is a project of the Life, Health and Disability Law Committee of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association. 

The ABA describes the publication as providing “an overview of the law in each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the federal circuits regarding misrepresentations in the context of life, health and disability applications” written by “experienced attorneys who have practiced in this area of law for years.”  This is the third edition of this book, which was first published in 2009.  Thrall has been a contributing author to each of the editions.
