Wine Speaks at American College of Mortgage Attorneys’ Spring Meeting

Nyemaster Goode attorney James C. Wine served as moderator and speaker for a panel at the 2021 Spring Meeting of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys in April. The panel focused on nonrecourse carveouts in commercial mortgage loans and their important role in today’s real estate finance market.
Wine is a Fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA), which is comprised of more than 400 lawyers in North America who are experts in real estate finance and mortgage law, and Wine has served two terms on the governing board for the organization.
