Alicia
Nicoletto

“One-size-fits-all solutions are a thing of the past. I like to provide my clients with personalized, practical, creative solutions that meet their needs.”

Serving her clients is the reason Alicia Nicoletto comes to work every day. “My ultimate goal is to see my clients succeed, and I will do anything I can to help make that happen,” she says.

For her clients, Alicia strives to be responsive, practical, and creative. “I try my best to bridge that gap between the problem and the solution,” she says. Alicia brings fresh perspectives to legal issues. “There are many solutions to every single problem, and I strive to find the best solution for my clients, even if that means thinking outside the box,” she says.

In her general corporate practice, Alicia has experience with business formations, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, contract review, and other transactional matters. “I like to have my hand in a little bit of everything,” she says. “It allows me to better serve my clients. I can advise them on multiple areas as opposed to just one.”

Because every client is different, Alicia makes it a point to really get to know her clients and their business needs. “Any attorney can simply provide general legal advice based on a question presented to them by a client; however, I believe that understanding a client’s business and what is important to them is essential in order to give them the best, most useful advice possible,” she says.

In addition to serving her clients, Alicia also takes great pride in serving her community, and her role as board member of Rebuilding Together Iowa allows her to do just that. Alicia feels fortunate to have grown up in Des Moines and to be able to contribute to her community. “I think you should give back any time you can,” she says. “Providing solutions to people in our community, the people we call our neighbors, is really important.”

Alicia brings innovative solutions and fresh perspectives to every situation—because her clients’ success is her ultimate goal.
