Employee Benefits/ERISA Attorney
Ideal candidates will have significant experience advising employers on employee benefits matters, including the design, implementation, and compliance of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans (including Employee Stock Ownership Plans) and executive compensation arrangements. Familiarity with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code is essential. Experience in ESOP transactions and representing clients in IRS audits and DOL investigations is also valued. Strong drafting skills for plan documents, amendments, summary plan descriptions, and related agreements are preferred. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and capable of managing multiple client matters simultaneously.
