Attorney Eric R. Tubbs Joins Des Moines Office

Eric R. Tubbs has joined Nyemaster Goode as an attorney in the firm’s Business, Finance & Real Estate practice. He will be based in Des Moines and brings experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions.

Eric is a 2015 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law and is returning to Iowa after three years practicing law with Mayer Brown LLP, an international law firm headquartered in Chicago. There he represented public and private U.S. and multinational companies in a broad range of transactional matters including public and private mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, and other corporate governance and securities law matters.
