Haas Talks with Register About Third Northern District of Iowa Judge Proposal

Nyemaster attorney Frances Haas spoke with the Des Moines Register about a proposal to add a third federal judge to the Northern District of Iowa. Haas, a former federal law clerk in the Northern District, says the first addition of a judge in Iowa since 1990 would help address growing caseloads in the district.
