Nyemaster Attorneys Author Article in American College of Mortgage Attorneys Publication

James Wine, Neal Coleman, and Rachel Parker, all attorneys in the firm’s Business, Finance, & Real Estate practice, recently had an article published in The Abstract, an electronic periodical published by the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. 

The article, titled “Adjusting to the 2016 ALTA/NSPS Survey Standards,” relates to recent revisions in land survey requirements, which are of significant importance to title insurance companies and to lenders in connection with commercial lending.

Wine also serves as a member of the College’s Board of Regents.
