Nyemaster Goode Admits Two New Shareholders

Nyemaster Goode, P.C., today announced that two associate attorneys have been admitted to the firm as shareholders. Logan Eliasen and Lindsey Guerrero became shareholders effective January 1, 2025.

Logan Eliasen is a member of the firm’s litigation department. He has experience litigating a broad range of matters, with an emphasis on labor and employment matters and appellate work. Before coming to Nyemaster, Logan served as a judicial clerk to Iowa Supreme Court Justice Christopher McDonald at both the Iowa Court of Appeals and the Iowa Supreme Court. Logan received his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law.

Lindsey Guerrero is a member of Nyemaster’s business, finance and real estate department. Her real estate practice primarily consists of facilitating acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and leasing matters. Her practice routinely involves examining abstracts, rendering title opinions, handling due diligence, and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, easements, and other title clearing instruments. She earned her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and served as an underwriting attorney and then director for Iowa Title Guaranty.
