Brad’s practice has significant concentration in real estate law in the context of financing and acquisitions, with particular emphasis on commercial lending and financing documentation and on commercial law relating to secured and unsecured lending.

A fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, Brad has assisted institutional lenders for more than 25 years in documenting transactions, arranging mutually agreeable loan terms, developing loan and collateral structures, and working with the participants on both sides of lending transactions to consummate the transaction.

Brad also has extensive experience in business contract negotiations and documentation, and his practice includes general business law matters related to organization, operation, and planning.
