Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Attorney
The work will involve representing a broad range of clients in out-of-court restructuring, state court creditors’ rights matters and complex bankruptcy cases. Desired candidates will have experience with a range of sophisticated commercial litigation issues, including business torts, contract disputes, liens, foreclosures, receiverships, voidable transfers, bankruptcy claims litigation, adversary cases, and contested bankruptcy proceedings. Drafting and pursuing contested matters with discovery and courtroom experience is preferred. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and manage workload.
